Production Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts
• Monitor and control production processes to meet output targets
• Adjust schedules and priorities to accommodate raw material availability and equipment constraints
• Ensure efficient use of raw materials and minimize wastage
• Implement continuous improvement strategies (e.g., 5S, Lean Manufacturing)

Quality Control

• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Department to maintain feed quality and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with local regulations such as Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and FDA feed manufacturing standards

Personnel Management

• Supervise and train mill operators, technicians, and other production staff
• Evaluate team performance and promote a culture of safety and accountability

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance

• Enforce workplace safety protocols (aligned with DOLE-OSHC and other local standards)
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of raw materials and waste products

Maintenance Coordination

• Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and address equipment breakdowns promptly

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare and submit production reports, KPI dashboards, and incident reports
• Maintain updated SOPs and production logs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

Experience

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a feed mill or related manufacturing industry

Certification and Licenses

• Valid PRC License
