Job Description
负责交易所理财产品或矿池算力交易产品的全生命周期管理；
主导用户需求分析，输出产品需求推动产品落地；
监控产品开发进度，确保项目按时交付；
通过用户行为分析，持续优化产品功能，制定产品推广策略；
跟踪金融监管政策及交易所合规要求，确保产品设计符合法规。
【任职要求】
3年以上金融/交易所产品经验，熟悉数字货币理财、矿池产品逻辑；
工具技能：精通 Axure、Visio、Xmind 等原型设计工具，掌握 SQL 等数据分析工具。
