Description

  • Responsible for product planning and design of the company's cryptocurrency OTC and C2C trading businesses, including core modules such as matching systems, risk control systems, order management, and payment processes;
  • Analyze user behavior and market demands to optimize user matching efficiency, trading security, and smooth experience;
  • Drive the integration of multiple cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies, and payment channels (credit cards, Alipay, FPS, PIX, etc.) to enhance global trading adaptability;
  • Collaborate with risk control, compliance, and operations teams to design risk control rules and KYC processes, ensuring transactions are legal, safe, and compliant;
  • Continuously monitor data performance (transaction volume, conversion rates, complaint rates, etc.) and drive product iteration and growth strategies;
  • Focus on industry trends and competitor dynamics to enhance the platform's user experience and market competitiveness in the OTC/C2C sector.
