1. Responsible for planning the company’s core Web3 product suite, including CLMM, ve3,3, veTokenomics, DeFi incentives, financial derivatives, prediction markets, the ve3,3 model, and other functional modules;

2. Define product strategy and growth direction (TVL, trading depth, user retention) based on market trends, on-chain data, and competitor analysis;

3. Continuously optimize the DeFi product experience—trading flows, liquidity provision processes, yield displays, voting & incentives—to drive improvements in usability, clarity, user guidance, and interface logic;

4. Closely monitor industry developments and analyze the crypto ecosystem (Perps, TGL, LRT, Points, aggregators, new AMM designs) to rapidly formulate strategic recommendations;

5. Manage the full product lifecycle, collaborating with R&D, design, operations, and BD teams to ensure high-quality roadmap execution;

6. Own long-term product maintenance: mechanism iterations, parameter optimization, performance enhancements, and experience details such as risk control, MEV, and slippage;

7. Demonstrate a deep curiosity about underlying mechanisms, with the ability to understand the mathematics, logic, resource flows, and systemic impacts behind models;

8. Drive issue resolution, coordinate resources, and manage project timelines to ensure a healthy product cadence;

9. Act as the product lead, maintaining professional communication with partners to advance integrations and joint initiatives.

Position Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of product experience, including at least 3 years in DeFi or crypto-native products;

2. Proficient with DeFi core components such as CLMM, ve3,3, farming, staking, voting incentives, liquidity mechanisms, prediction markets, and financial derivatives;

3. Strong data analysis skills (understanding on-chain data structures, metrics frameworks, growth models), able to analyze user behavior, asset flows, and pool health from on-chain data and propose optimizations;

4. High execution capability and ownership, able to close the loop from strategy to implementation; goal-oriented, efficiency-driven, self-motivated, with systematic thinking;

5. Fluent in English and Chinese, able to communicate with global ecosystem partners and comprehend technical documentation;

6. Graduate of a Double First-Class (211/985) university.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience designing tokenomic models, trading mechanisms, or incentive systems;

2. Familiarity with the SUI ecosystem’s products and protocols is a plus;

3. Proficient in on-chain interactions beyond trading—wallet integrations, on-chain asset management, and protocol interaction logic.
