Job Description
工作职责
1、熟悉代理商系统，财务系统，账户系统等底层产品设计，关注后端服务，机构用户体验和API设计；
2、收集内外部的产品反馈，通过定性或定量分析方法优化产品方案；
3、跟进项目进度，与开发，设计，市场，运营等部门协调；
4、对竞品和行业趋势进行分析，将有价值的分析转化为产品迭代计划；
5、基于全球视野和用户体验，规划、组织并向交易用户交付稳定产品功能。
任职要求
1、2年以内数字货币行业产品经验，熟悉代理系统，财务系统，账户系统产品设计；
2、高效产品原型设计能力，具备UI，UX知识，有较强中后台与数据产品设计意识；
3、数据敏感度高，以商业，产品和用户为导向推进产品决策；
4、具备基本项目管理能力，可同时跟进多条业务线，确保产品准时交付；
5、英语可作为工作语言，海外对接无障碍；
6、技术或金融产品背景优先
