1. Responsible for the design and lifecycle management of DEX-related products;

2. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including R&D, operations, and marketing, to drive project progress and ensure high-quality delivery of product functionalities as planned;

3. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, gather user requirements, and identify product opportunities. Monitor product performance, continuously optimize user experience, and enhance the product's market competitiveness;

4. Gain in-depth understanding of DEX product characteristics, align with the platform's product development plans, propose product insights, and drive implementation;

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields;

2. Over 2 years of experience as an on-chain product manager, familiar with DEX product operation models and core technologies; over 3 years of experience as a blockchain product manager;

3. Proficient in on-chain trading, including spot swaps, perpetual trading, and cross-chain trading;

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to promote cross-departmental collaboration and ensure the smooth progress of projects;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, self-driven ability, execution skills, and product owner awareness, capable of independently completing product-related functional design;

6. Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, able to quickly adjust relevant product strategies based on market changes;

7. Experience with products such as OKX Wallet, Bitget Wallet, Trust Wallet, and MetaMask, responsible for trading function design is preferred.
