We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Corporate Employment Loan Program—a solution designed to support employed professionals in accessing flexible, responsible credit. What You'll Do

• Design and manage loan programs tailored for salaried employees in partnership with corporate clients.
• Work closely with HR and payroll teams of partner organizations to implement seamless loan access and salary deduction mechanisms.
• Partner with internal teams—Risk, Tech, Ops, Legal, and Compliance—to ensure smooth product rollout and ongoing support.
• Analyze customer behavior, credit performance, and usage trends to refine policies, pricing, and risk strategies.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to expand employer partnerships and increase adoption.
• Monitor market and competitor activity to keep the program relevant, competitive, and compliant.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and onboarding experiences that drive employee engagement and trust.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in lending, credit, or product development—ideally with exposure to salary-deducted loans or employer financing programs.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, lending regulations, and employee benefit models in the Philippines.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs and business goals into scalable lending solutions.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills—you can align cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to inform decisions and product improvements.
• Familiarity with digital tools, loan management systems, and collaborative platforms.
