UCT is looking for a talented Junior Product Engineer to join us in Cebu!

We are seeking a motivated Junior Product Engineer to join our team. This role involves assisting in supporting the product during all lifecycles. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the FSI Product Engineering team with various tasks, including creating and managing drawings, assemblies, and SolidWorks EPDM data. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in engineering principles and be very proficient in SOLIDWORKS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and modification of engineering drawings and assemblies using SolidWorks CAD software.
• Manage and maintain SolidWorks EPDM data, ensuring accurate documentation and version control.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and refine product designs.
• Provide technical support for the engineering team, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and development processes.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software. [MUST]
• Familiarity with SolidWorks EPDM (Enterprise Product Data Management) systems. [ADVANTAGE]
• Great attention to detail, accuracy, and tenacity. [MUST]
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues. [MUST]
• Independent problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic engineering environment. [MUST]
• Knowledge of manufacturing, raw materials, finishing & QA preferably in the metal CNC environment. [ADVANTAGE]
• Excellent English (both verbal and written). [MUST]
