- Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Analyze procurement data to evaluate supplier performance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical skills, and knowledge of procurement processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage supplier relationships, assess bids, and ensure timely procurement of goods.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel to supplier sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communicator.
