- Manage end-to-end procurement processes and supplier relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in purchasing, negotiation, excellent communication, strategic partnerships, and time management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for occasional travel to suppliers.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively.
