- Manage and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of equipment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and repairs.
- Provide assistance in training staff on equipment usage.
- Support safety compliance and maintenance protocols.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in equipment management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong quality audit skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct quality audits, maintain equipment records, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional warehouse and field visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, reliable, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
