- Analyze operational and financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in manufacturing and support departments.
- Conduct time and motion studies to support financial efficiency and productivity analysis.
- Collaborate with finance and production teams to evaluate performance metrics and prepare financial models.
- Assist in variance analysis of production costs, overhead, and labor productivity.
- Prepare and present reports on cost efficiency, capacity utilization, and the financial impact of proposed projects.
- Provide technical support for capital expenditure planning and return-on-investment analysis.
- Ensure alignment of operational practices with financial planning and corporate targets.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Six Sigma and Lean Sigma methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office environment with potential exposure to manufacturing settings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, innovative thinker, strong communicator, and team player.
