- Provide top-notch customer support during the pre-sales process.
- Assist potential clients with product inquiries and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and tailor solutions.
- Manage and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or current students encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Salesforce, solid customer service abilities, effective scheduling, problem-solving skills, and technical proficiency, along with knowledge of digital marketing.
