Position: Portuguese Customer Support (Design & Social Media)

Company Industry: Consulting Company

Work Location: Mandaluyong City

Salary: Php 65,000 - Php 85,000 

Work Schedule: shifting schedule

Work Set-up: work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Filipino or Foreign national who has a permanent visa in the Philippines 

  • Proficient in English and Portuguese language 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field

  • At least 1-2 years experience in marketing/content writer - Translations

  • Willingness to work with shifting schedule

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use the provided template admin tools to update English marketing materials and social media content into Portuguese.

  • Assist in creating and publishing engaging, high-quality social media and business card templates, and other corporate identity and promotional templates in Portuguese.

  • Make translation templates that align with Portuguese culture and expressions.

  • Translate, copy, and assist in adjusting designs using existing templates into Portuguese.

  • Support the Design team in enhancing non-logo template inventory—adjusting layout, colors, text, titles, and taglines in Portuguese.

  • Copywriting in Portuguese: Add relevant titles and tags to help customers find logos on Google and surface templates on the website.

  • Write short headlines and calls to action on non-logo templates where suitable.
