Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Strong background in construction scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in technical reporting
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
• Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna (On-site)
• Knowledge in EOT (Extension of Time) preparation and project claims
• Familiar with project closeout procedures and change management
• Strong analytical and risk management skills
• Experience in large-scale or multi-phase construction projects
• Skilled in organizing project documentation for audits and compliance
• Familiarity with cash flow forecasting and coordination with Mancom or stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Management

• Develop and update the master construction schedule with resource loading
• Create weekly and daily "look-ahead" plans aligned with the overall project timeline
• Review contractor schedules for compliance with milestones and contract terms

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily progress and compare actual vs planned performance
• Prepare detailed progress reports, dashboards, and Gantt charts
• Support in analyzing delays and drafting Extension of Time (EOT) claims

Cash Flow Forecasting

• Prepare cash flow forecasts reflecting contractor billings and material deliveries
• Assist in financial tracking and reporting to the Management Committee (Mancom)

Procurement Planning

• Maintain a materials procurement schedule to ensure on-time delivery
• Keep well-documented planning records for audits and project closeout

Team Collaboration & Risk Management

• Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and site teams
• Identify scheduling risks early and recommend mitigation actions
