- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in planning and managing construction projects.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in operations management, project leadership, quality management, and process improvements.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional on-site project visits; may involve outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communicator, and ability to lead teams successfully.
