1. Creates project plans, schedules tasks, and monitors progress to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 
2. Must use tools like Gantt charts and critical path method (CPM), and collaborate with project managers and other engineers to identify potential issues, optimize timelines, and manage resources. 
3. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, project management skills, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably licensed
2. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in project scheduling using MS Project and Primavera
3. Familiarity with design development framework and basic construction methodologies, timelines, and productivity benchmarks.
4. Must have Proactive problem - solving; Strong work ethic; Team-oriented, Resilience and Flexibility; Client-Centric mindset
