The Executive Driver / Warehouse Delivery Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for company executives to scheduled meetings, events, and office premises. When not engaged in executive driving duties, the driver will assist with warehouse delivery schedules and may accompany office-based staff on official errands or meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport executives to and from meetings, events, and the office following assigned schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times while driving company executives.
• Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition; report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Assist with scheduled warehouse deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate transport of goods.
• Support office-based personnel by accompanying them on official errands, client visits, or meetings when necessary.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Manage assigned routes efficiently, considering traffic, road conditions, and timeliness.
• Maintain proper documentation of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery records as needed.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a company/executive driver or delivery driver is preferred.
• Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation apps.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading when required.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
