Description

  • Provide administrative support to executives
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Draft and edit correspondence and reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Assist in project management and coordination
  • Perform research and compile data for decision-making
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by management
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Maintain and update filing systems and documents
  • Assist in personal errands and tasks as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Must be a graduate (or graduating) from one of the following universities:
  • University of the Philippines (UP)
  • Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)
  • De La Salle University (DLSU)
  • University of Santo Tomas (UST)
  • Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)
  • National University (NU)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor and confidentiality are a must
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the role
