We are looking for a Quality Engineer – Performance Tester to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our applications through rigorous performance testing and analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end performance testing lifecycle and methodology.
• Design, prepare, and implement technical performance test plans.
• Run performance tests, analyze results, and provide detailed reports.
• Debug issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance.
• Define test metrics, conduct analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance standards are met.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Performance Testing.
• Programming knowledge in C, Core Java, and/or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise and LoadRunner Cloud.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and APM.
• Experience with test automation tools like Appium (with at least one coding language skill).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prepare technical test plans and deliver clear documentation.
• Solid debugging skills and attention to detail.
