Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the short-term and long-term vision and product strategy.
- Lead the product development process from initiation to launch, collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- Identify market and customer needs through market research, user interviews, and data analysis.
- Prepare and manage the product roadmap, ensuring each feature or initiative aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Analyze product performance through data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as a bridge between various cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely product development.
- Train and mentor junior product managers or associate product managers within the team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Proven track record of success in launching and developing digital products or technology.
- Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, agile/scrum methodologies, and user experience (UX) testing.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Able to think strategically while also being detail-oriented in product execution.
