Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software, strong computer literacy, exceptional communication, and leadership skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage payroll calculations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain employee records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typically working standard business hours with occasional overtime during payroll periods.
