Description
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Calculate and prepare payroll reports and tax documents
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist with audits related to payroll
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR for employee updates and changes
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll or financial account roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy, effective communication skills, and prior call center experience.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
