Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
- Assist with benefits administration and tax filings.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Manage payroll calculations, ensure compliance with regulations, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours; occasional overtime during payroll cycles.
- Qualities and Traits: Ethical, organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
