- Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Assist in year-end reporting and tax preparation.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation securely.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll or accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in timekeeping systems and payroll software, strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to handle confidential information.
