Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Prepare and distribute paychecks and tax documents.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain payroll records and reports.
- Collaborate with HR on employee compensation issues.
- Assist with audits related to payroll operations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student with internship experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, strong communication, discretion, HR consulting, and leadership capabilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive problem-solver.
