Description
- Analyze payment transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of payments.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve processes.
- Generate and maintain reports on payment metrics.
- Assist in resolving payment-related inquiries and issues.
- Monitor compliance with payment policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Job Title: Payment Analyst
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, SAP, Financial Analysis, and Quickbooks. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with financial reporting and account reconciliation is essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, possible remote flexibility. Hybrid Set up
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
