  • Review and Improve existing contracts
  • Draft and Execute contracts
  • Ensure employment contracts adhere to current labor laws
  • Provide legal advice on current implementation of penalties based on current code of conduct
  • Provide advice on personnel related actions


The incumbents main role is to be the subject matter expert in the areas of :

  • Corporate Law
  • Obligations and Contracts
  • Labor Laws


Main responsibilities include:

Under Corporate Law, the incumbent is expected to :

  • Provide legal opinion on corporate movements, mergers, and acquisition
  • Create a legal framework legal due diligence on acquisitions
  • Create necessary processes for review and improvement of corporate documentation of FLI and Affiliate Companies
  • Keep the company updated in rulings and issuance affecting corporations in matters of compliance and operations depending on exposed industries


Requirements

  1. 1 -3 years of experience
  2. Diploma required
  3. Copy of Resume
  4. Valid ID (any)
