Description
- Prepare and clean surfaces before painting.
- Mix and match paint colors for desired results.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Ensure quality and consistency in finish.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Work on various projects, both residential and commercial.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in painting preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong client service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of painting techniques.
- Working Conditions: May involve exposure to chemicals and physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, motivated, and capable of working independently.
