Description
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Select and mix colors to achieve desired effects.
- Ensure proper ventilation and adhere to safety standards.
- Work on residential and commercial projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of painting experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess attention to detail, color mixing abilities, and familiarity with tools and materials.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare surfaces, apply paint, and follow design specifications accurately.
- Working Conditions: May involve working indoors and outdoors, with occasional exposure to hazardous materials.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be reliable, diligent, and able to work independently or in a team.
