Description
- Monitor and manage parking facilities
- Assist customers with parking needs and inquiries
- Collect payment and issue receipts
- Enforce parking regulations and issue citations as necessary
- Perform routine inspections of the parking area
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School Certificate required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, customer service-oriented, and ability to work in a team.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in all weather conditions, standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible, punctual, attentive to detail, and friendly demeanor.
