  • This is a full-time role for an Executive Personal Assistant at Mosaic Minds Talent Inc. (Filipino-Chinese)
  • The Executive Asst. shall provide professional and personal executive assistance, manage calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, support administrative and organizational needs, execute special task with confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in professional services.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, Safety and security.
