Description
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support for computer systems and peripherals.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various devices.
- Assist in network setup and management.
- Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Computer Technician.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, understanding of computer networks, and familiarity with operating systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Diagnose and repair computer issues, perform upgrades, and provide technical support to users.
