Description
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Assist in assembly, packaging, and shipping processes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Must know how to speak and understand english communication
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CO2 MIG, GMAW, GTAW, and TIG (1mm stainless steel) welding techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate welding equipment, follow safety protocols, and maintain quality standards.
- Working Conditions: May require shifts, involves working in a manufacturing environment with noise and potential exposure to hazards.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and excellent problem-solving skills.
