Job Description

ROLE: Native Japanese - Chat Support


Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.



Responsibilities

* Provide prompt and professional customer support to Japanese-speaking users via online platform such as chat, email.

* Communicate effectively in English (minimum B2 level) with internal teams and global customers when needed.

* Handle user inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and accuracy.

* Guide customers through platform features, account issues, and payment-related queries.

* Translate or localize support content between Japanese and English as required.

* Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely resolution.

* Maintain high customer satisfaction by following up on open cases and ensuring users feel supported.

* Contribute to improving customer service processes and FAQs for better user experience.


Requirements:

Language: Japanese + English (B2)

Work Hour: Rotational Shift

Education: Diploma and above holder

Joining Date: ASAP
