Description

  • Willing to do Field Work.

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Support employee onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs.
  • Conduct research on HR policies and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR/administrative roles/ Office/ Admin/ Coordinator/ Team Leader.
  • Know how to Drive Motorcycle.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy, excellent leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, support employee onboarding, and maintain HR records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with typical working hours; some flexibility may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
