The HR & OD Manager is in charge of overall Organization Development, as well as leading and managing the HRA & OD Team

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Establishes, implements, and develops HR structures that will increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. These structures may address the following HR facets: Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Culture, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, among others.
2. Conducts organizational diagnosis in order to come up with sound interventions and recommendations.
3. Acts as a change agent for the company to build a strong workplace culture
4. Acts as a strategic partner to support individual teams to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent
2. At least 10 years of experience in various HR functions, supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
3. At least 3 years of experience in Organization Development
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Data-driven, analytical, and strong people skills
