1.负责Web3钱包产品的用户增长体系规划与执行，通过多种渠道策略实现用户规模的持续提升。
2.深入洞察用户行为，搭建用户分层与标签体系，设计并推进精细化的运营策略，提升用户活跃、留存与转化。
3.主导增长实验（A/B Test等），监控并分析核心数据，快速迭代优化增长策略及运营动作。
4.探索与公链、DeFi、NFT等Web3生态项目的合作增长机会，策划并执行联合增长活动。
5.跟踪市场与竞品动态，结合行业趋势为产品增长与运营策略提供数据支持和决策建议。
职位要求：
1.1-3年及以上钱包或Web3/Crypto相关项目的用户增长经验，对区块链行业有浓厚兴趣和基本认知。
2.熟悉用户增长方法论，具备独立策划和执行增长活动的成功经验，擅长数据分析与策略优化。
3.了解Web3用户特性，具备用户精细化运营能力，能有效运用运营工具推动用户生命周期管理。
4.具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通协作能力和强烈的目标导向，能适应快节奏工作环境。
5.学历要求：本科一批及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业优先
