我们正在寻找这样的你：
- 招聘对象：2025年或2026年毕业的海内外应届毕业生（统招本科及以上学历）
- 语言要求：具备流利英语沟通能力（可作为工作语言者优先）
- 工作模式：前期杭州集中培训（3个月），后期支持远程办公
两大培养方向：
运营方向：深度参与全球用户增长、社区运营、产品优化等核心业务
BD方向：负责国际合作伙伴拓展、生态系统建设、跨境资源整合
高效面试流程：全程线上面试。

- QS300院校背景优先
运营职位：
1. 本科及以上学历，知名院校优先， QS前300；
2. 英语可作为工作语言优先，2门以上语言优先；
3. 逻辑清晰，沟通表达力强，有一定抗压能力和学习能力
4. 主观能动性要强。
额外优势：
1. 有区块链相关实习经验、社区运营经验、自带资源（如KOL、项目方资源）、学生干部/社团经验、加密货币交易经验等都会是加分项。
