Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the planning and execution of the company's offline events (conferences, meetups, etc.), ensuring the effectiveness of the events and brand exposure.

2. Manage the entire process of events, including budget, venue and vendor coordination, material preparation, and on-site execution.

3. Coordinate with marketing, business development, and external partners to ensure that event promotions, content, and brand tone are consistent.

4. Monitor key event metrics (attendance rate, conversion rate, etc.) and conduct reviews and optimizations.

5. Stay informed about industry event trends, identify quality resources, and provide support for future events.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Exhibition Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

2. Over 2 years of relevant experience in offline events, with a preference for experience in large conferences or Internet/Fintech events

3. Strong project coordination and execution skills, capable of independently driving complex activities

4. Excellent communication and coordination abilities, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and travel arrangements

5. Fluency in both Chinese and English, with a willingness to travel frequently
