Description
- Oversee and optimize daily operational activities across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics, operational policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and streamline workflows
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal standards, and internal policies
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to support operational growth
- Provide leadership and mentorship to operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of operational management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong user operations, problem-solving, analytical, leadership, management, and technical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage team performance, streamline processes, and ensure quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
