Core Responsibilities:

• Lead PH operations end-to-end
• Build relationships with Hospital CEOs, COOs, CIOs, and HMO executives
• Manage local P&L, forecasting, hiring, and regulatory needs
• Oversee deployment, implementation, and client success
• Lead government-related workflows (PhilHealth, DOH, LGU liaisons)
• Close flagship enterprise deals (Level 2–3 Hospitals, major HMOs)
• Coordinate with HQ for product localization & regulatory requirements
• Build local ecosystem partnerships (HIS vendors, EMR providers, BPOs, HMO accreditation teams).

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years experience in:

• Hospital administration
• Healthcare IT / HIS / EMR vendors
• HMO operations or provider relations
• Prior leadership role (GM, Country Manager, Director-level+)
• Strong existing network in:
• Hospitals (C-level, department heads)
• HMOs (provider relations, accreditation, operations heads)
• Deep understanding of PhilHealth processes and healthcare admin workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management & contract negotiation skills
• Preferably with experience in SaaS, digital health, or BPO
• Comfortable working in a startup, fast-paced environment
