Operations Manager/Supervisor

Job Description
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Manage budgets, inventory, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Handle issues related to operations, logistics, supply chain, and customer service.
- Support strategic planning and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in operations or a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
