A Glimpse into Your New Role
We are seeking an
Operations Manager to lead daily business operations, manage performance, and deliver exceptional service across teams. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align operational processes with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Your Day Could See You
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth process execution and service delivery
- Manage, coach, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals
- Analyze key performance indicators and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business and customer objectives
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead workflow optimization initiatives
- Handle escalations and implement effective problem-solving strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Monitor team metrics, provide constructive feedback, and roll out training programs
- Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, team leadership, or related fields
- Strong leadership skills with proven success in managing teams and improving processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (LOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Experience working with operations management tools
- Self-starter with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments
- Experience in customer service, BPO, healthcare, or IT industries (preferred)
Work Schedule & Location
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Onsite work required at the designated office location
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as needed based on business demand
