Requirements

- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in process improvement, and excellent communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional overtime and team collaboration.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and flexible under pressure.
