Major Duties and Responsibilities.

• Coordination with internal and external customer
• Keep relevant data needed for the operation.
• Customer Service and client engagement
• Invoicing generation and dispatch
• Encoding of details for billing
• Communication & Coordination
• Encoding of details in the system
• Documentation & Verification
• Maintains record of documents
• Customer servicing, booking, monitoring of shipment
• Other assign tasked

Qualifications

• Can adapt to a fast phase environment and under pressure
• Willing to be trained and a fast learner
• Willing to travel if needed
• Above average communication skills, problem solver, multi tasker, team player, organize and keen to details, adaptability fast-phase environment
• Customer-oriented & result oriented
• Can work independently and as part of the team
• Preferably with 2yrs experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, domestic & international shipping transactions
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably customs graduate but welcomes commerce, engineering, accounting
