Position Description
- Project management planning, analysis, evaluation and monitoring of deliverables.
- Effective communication and coordination with project stakeholders
- Coordination with different departments to keep timelines for implementations, including phase out.
- Expectation management and stakeholder communication with direct interfaces
- Planning and coordination of project deliverables ensuring reasonable and sustainable use of project resources
- Provision of support for various aspects of Master Data associated with operational product implementation and product transfer to production.
- Project documentation, data review and reporting
- Provision of a liaison for the project’s technical, functional, and non-functional teams.
- Mitigation of risks by proactively foreseeing issues and intervening for resolution
- Analysis of implementation performance to ensure continuous improvements in the implementation process.
Additional Tasks, Duties And Responsibilities
- Information and knowledge sharing with team members.
- Implementation and report of process changes
- Participation in process reviews and continuous improvement activities
- Participation in Digitalization and Digital Transformation efforts of the department
Position Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Biology or related field to Applied Sciences (e.g. chemical, biochemical, molecular biology), and Data Science, Management
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in a multinational company
- Project, Process, and Lean Management experience
- Basic knowledge in reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
- SAP, SFDC (i.e. QIAquality), Sharepoint knowledge
- Experience in establishing new processes and reviewing current processes.
- Process Management and/or Product Management knowledge is highly preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (IVD/FDA) and CAPPM a plus
Personal Requirements
- Proven ability to efficiently handle diverse projects and analyze large datasets.
- Good problem-solving skills and is keen into details.
- Ability to support business requirements fluently and can read, write, and speak English (and preferably, but not required, German) across all levels within the organization.
- Effective communicator with a customer-oriented way of working
- Strong team player with some experience in coordinating with international teams virtually
