Description
- Manage online sales through various platforms
- Provide excellent customer service via email and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
- Lead in processing orders and tracking shipments
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field - even 2nd year or TESDA
- Experience Level:
- Less than 1 year of experience in online sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in online selling techniques, customer care, and organized record-keeping.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, process sales orders, and maintain accurate sales logs.
- Working Conditions:
- office based in our home, Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday 10.30 -7pm
- Qualities and Traits:
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
