Job Summary

The IT .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing, initial testing, and maintaining software applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

The role ensures that applications meet business requirements, adhere to best coding practices, and support the company’s digital transformation and operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy secure and scalable .NET applications (web, desktop, or mobile).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems by identifying areas for improvement, fixing bugs, and adding new features.
• Integrate applications with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or other relevant platforms).
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers, if needed.
• Ensure proper documentation of system designs, coding processes, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies, frameworks, and development trends.
• Ensure applications comply with security standards and data protection policies.
• Provide technical support for deployed applications and resolve user issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in .NET development
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
• Experience with version control systems (Git, TFS, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
