Description
- Perform maintenance and repairs, ensure safety standards, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Assist in training junior technicians as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in multiple trades.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical work, air conditioning repair and installation, plumbing, and civil works.
- Working Conditions: May involve outdoor work, exposure to various weather conditions, and use of specialized tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
